RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ONLINE RETURN and EXCHANGE
PackingCity doesn’t like returns, but we do accept them.
We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased Online based on the date before the goods shiped out. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested after the goods shipped out.

All sales are considered final after shipping products.

If your order was shipped for free, the value of the product will be credited less the cost of the shipping we paid to ship your product (because shipping is expensive).

*Remember, Packaging Products are unfortunately non-returnable.
Unless you could pay the shipping cost by returns and tax fees, we could accept to replace or exchange it.

Before delivery – change or cancel an order
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer services team by info@packingcity.com and have your order number to hand. We are unable to amend an order once it has been shipped.
